Young people today are navigating high levels of stress, emotional distress, and barriers to mental health support, and some turn to vaping as a way to cope. This workshop explores the connection between youth mental health and vaping, including why nicotine use can feel helpful in the moment but often makes stress and anxiety worse over time. Participants will learn how trusted adults can respond with empathy, support healthy coping skills, and play a meaningful role in preventing or interrupting vaping.
